Are there any time limits or penalties for leaving the program?

No there is not. You can cancel the service at anytime you want online. But you will be removed from the PleasureBuilder matrix system and you will not receive any commission checks soon as you cancel. You can rejoin at anytime as well but you will start over and lose your position in the matrix as well as your previous domain name.

    First, thank you for my favorite app for my ipad I tearvl a lot and enjoy reading lots of news offline on my flights in the Flipboard App Just one wish for it to be better, why not have the option to refresh all subpages (with images)? Usually i just refresh before leaving home, but always missing pictures and pages I didnt open seperate???Thanks in advancePeter
